Order Cancellation
You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Refunds for Canceled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Non-Cancelable Orders
Orders that have already been shipped or are in transit are not eligible for cancellation. Special or customized orders, if any, may also be non-cancelable.
